We Dropped A New Documentary!

As an NYC video production company, so much of our work focuses in on the corporate and nonprofit sector. While that work is rewarding, it’s always good to work on a passion project that fuels our creativity, and reminds us why we do this thing in the first place.

People vs Power: The Fight For Addisleigh Park documents a historic majority black community’s fight against nearby battery farms. We were pleased to be able to tell their story, and use our gift for storytelling to amplify such a worthy cause. The impact was immediate — elected officials, community members, and people from all over have already begun engaging in conversation about the film. It was extra special for a black owned company like ours, to skillfully depict this issue with care.

We even received a letter from the Addisleigh Park Civic Organization that commended us on the film, stating that community members are sharing it with each other and their kids to remind them what they’re fighting for. That’s better than an Emmy to us. But rest assured — we’re coming for that Emmy one day too.
